1. Cancellation Period
Customers who have placed an order may request to cancel their purchase within 24 hours of placing the order without incurring any cancellation fees, provided that the order has not been processed or shipped.

2. Cancellation Fees
If a customer requests to cancel an order more than 24 hours after placing the order, a cancellation fee equivalent to 20% of the total order value will be charged, provided that the order has not yet been shipped.

3. Refund Eligibility
Customers who cancel their orders within the eligible free cancellation period will be entitled to a refund.

Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days and will be credited back to the original payment method used by the customer.

4. Non-Refundable Purchases
All confirmed purchases and orders are strictly non-refundable and cannot be postponed or deferred, except for cancellations made within the eligible free cancellation period as stated in this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
